请问异步串行实现方式

问

我刚开始做LonWorks，需要用串行与设备通信，现在已经是可以发出数据
　　定义如下：
　　IO_4 output bit ioUsartCon=0; // 用于控制通信芯片75176的输入输出
　　IO_8 input serial baud (4800) ioACDriverInput;
　　IO_10 output serial baud (4800) ioACDriverOutput;
　　
　　那我怎么样可以收到设备返回的数据呢？
　　请版主或是其它高手给一个最好的实现方式，谢谢
